All of the KM Coatings material has been tested under ASTM D-6083 Test Methods, a standard for roof coatings in this country. Since inception, the Company has evolved into a leading commercial roofing system manufacturer of energy - efficient products that are in service on millions of square feet of commercial and industrial roofs and parapet walls. KM Coatings currently services Fortune 500 customers, in addition to a host of clients in Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Property Management and Hospitality.

What We Offer

A premium restoration program that will extend the useful life over smooth surfaced or granulated built up roofs, single ply roofing, spray polyurethane and metal roofing, along with water proofing of parapet walls. KM's Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Systems provide extra insulation for re-roofs or new construction.
